I am a graduate of Coach U, the world's first and largest life and corporate coach training school. Coach U are recognised for having founded the coaching profession back in 1992 and were the first organisation to be accredited by The International Coach Federation (the majority of ICF Presidents are trained by Coach U). Their Coach Training Program takes a minimum of 18 months and includes a total of 200 coach-specific training hours.

I founded my company WildeLifeCoaching in 2003 and now coach clients around the world by phone or video call, and also face-to-face in Abergavenny, South Wales.

OK! Magazine has called my coaching "a breath of fresh air".

I am also a Journalist and Author with over 30 years experience. My emotional advice has appeared in numerous magazines and newspapers including The Daily Mail, Guardian, Telegraph and Evening Standard, plus YOU, Grazia, Red, Balance, Sainsbury’s and Healthy Magazines.

I have written sixteen wellbeing books including Unlock Your Potential published by Ryland, Peters & Small available from Amazon. Health & Fitness Magazine described it as "highly practical and a joy to follow".

I have appeared on This Morning, ITN's One O’Clock News and various national and local radio stations.

I am adopted and also write on all aspects of the adoption experience, most recently for YOU Magazine and The Guardian.

I work regularly with PR and advertising agencies as a guest speaker and campaign/brand consultant. The combination of my work as a life coach and journalist means I am perfectly placed to identify media-friendly angles for presentations and campaigns. I can then write entertaining, engaging copy that aligns exactly with both my client's message and the issues that really resonate with their audience. Previous clients include Rocket Entertainment, Unilever, Pure PR, Avon, Proctor & Gamble, Halpern PR, Lexis Agency, Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Bartle Bogle Hegarty and Nexus Communications.
