I am a professional guest speaker and present regularly at live and virtual events. I specialise in entertaining, inspiring and thought-provoking interactive presentations aimed to improve the audience’s happiness and quality of life. Most recent themes include tackling negativity, boosting confidence, stress reduction and increasing pleasure and life purpose.
The combination of my work as a life coach and journalist means I am extremely skilled at writing a presentation that will align exactly with both your message and the issues that really resonate with your audience.

I wrote and presented an interactive talk on confidence for the launch of Mary Kay’s The Beauty of Confidence Campaign at The Dorchester Spatisserie in London.

Campaign/Brand Consultancy
I work regularly with PR and advertising agencies as a campaign consultant helping them enhance their creative brand campaigns. As an experienced journalist I am perfectly placed to identify media-friendly angles for stories and campaigns, and then write engaging copy that guarantees a powerful response from both journalists and consumers.
I also consult on brand strategy and growth, most particularly within the beauty industry thanks to my 30 years experience working as a Beauty Editor on a wide range of UK magazines.
I consulted with global strategy, innovation & insight company Brand Potential on behalf of a leading UK haircare company, helping to define their vision, strategy and growth for the next three years.
I consulted with Account Planners at Bartle Bogle Hegarty on a person’s journey as they work towards achieving a goal for a Johnnie Walker interactive website campaign. I further consulted on what needs to happen in a customer’s mind to motivate them to buy.
I wrote and presented a digital PR campaign on dealing with stressful occasions and improving confidence for Sure Maximum Protection. The two videos produced were titled Dating and Work Confidence Masterclasses.
I also wrote content for the press materials, and advertorials to accompany the launch for five women’s magazines. Subjects included how to boost self-esteem, stay calm in an argument, silence your inner critic, stop being a worrier and appear confident even when you’re not.
