I am a London-based life coach and graduate of Coach University, the largest life coach training organisation in the world. I founded my company WildeLifeCoaching in 2000 and now coach clients around the world. I primarily coach by phone and also face-to-face in Chiswick, West London. The aim of my coaching is to help people articulate what they want from life and break negative patterns. I use a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). OK! Magazine has called my coaching a ‘breath of fresh air’.

I am also a journalist and author with over 30 years experience. My life strategies have appeared in numerous magazines and newspapers including The Daily Mail, The Telegraph, The Evening Standard, plus Grazia, Red, Sainsbury’s and Prima Magazines. I have written sixteen books including Unlock Your Potential which Health & Fitness Magazine described as ‘highly practical and a joy to follow’.

I am adopted and write extensively on all aspects of the adoption experience, most recently for YOU Magazine and The Guardian.

I work regularly with PR and advertising agencies as a professional speaker and campaign consultant. The combination of my work as a life coach and journalist means I am perfectly placed to identify media-friendly angles for presentations and campaigns. I can then write entertaining, engaging copy that aligns exactly with both your message and the issues that really resonate with your audience. My clients include Unilever, Avon, Proctor & Gamble, Halpern PR, Lexis Agency, Pure PR, Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Bartle Bogle Hegarty and Nexus Communications.

I have appeared on This Morning, ITN’s One O’Clock News and various national and local radio stations.
